Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect. Products that have been installed, modified, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

Defective Products
